    For the last 8 years Gen has run Go Vita Tuggeranong and loved working with her team to support the health of the Tuggeranong Valley community ❤️

    Gen adores people and connection and is particularly passionate about helping women who are time poor and perhaps don’t prioritise themselves and their health. Sometimes the smallest changes can have a massive impact and Gen loves witnessing these changes and being there to support and encourage. Whatever is happening for you, Gen is in your team baby 🙌

    When not at work you can find Gen at the gym getting buff enough to smash the patriarchy, taking care of her friends and fam or outside enjoying the sunshine. 🌞

  • Rosie

    Rosie is a qualified naturopath and has been working with the team at Go Vita Tuggeranong for the last 8 years.

    Rosie is passionate about helping people to feel well and understand their health at a deeper level. She takes a holistic approach to health, aiming to find the cause of disease and illness rather than just treating symptoms 🔍

    Rosie works with a wide variety of health presentations, and frequently supports conditions related to gut health, skin health, hormones, thyroid function, immune health, mental health, and cardiovascular health ❤️

    Rosie has a particular interest in gut health and modulating the microbiome, as many conditions have strong connections to gut health! 🦠 She loves to support people through dietary recommendations, nutritional support, and herbal medicine 🌱

    Xena is our smallest team member but probably our most enthusiastic. She loves meeting new friends and is very gentle, especially with children.

    Pats are her favourite thing in the world and she will love you forever if you give her a little scratch behind her ears.
